Can I start without a paid plan?+
Yes. A free plan is available. Current plan limits and included capacity are shown on the Pricing page.
How long does setup take?+
A basic workspace can be created in minutes. The full setup time depends on how many websites, accounts, rules, and schedules you want to add.

What does a workspace contain?+
A workspace keeps one business or brand together with its website, connected accounts, content rules, schedules, drafts, publishing records, and activity.
Can I manage more than one brand?+
Yes. The number of workspaces available depends on the selected plan. Each workspace keeps its own operating context.
Can I review content before it is published?+
Yes. Review and approval options are available where the workflow supports them, so teams can edit captions, choose media, reschedule work, or approve it before publishing.
Does the platform create the same post for every channel?+
No. Social work is stored by destination, which allows captions, media choices, and publishing details to differ between supported channels.
Connections and publishing
What can be connected and what affects availability.
Which channels can I connect?+
The current platform supports website publishing and selected business account connections, including Facebook Pages, Instagram Business, and Pinterest Business. Availability can depend on account type and third-party permissions.
Can I publish to WordPress?+
Yes. WordPress publishing is part of the current website content workflow when the site is connected correctly.
Why can a connection be available but publishing still be limited?+
A connected account may still require the correct account type, permissions, destination selection, or approval from the third-party platform before publishing can complete.
Can I see failed publishing attempts?+
Yes. Publishing states and action-needed records remain visible so a user can understand what happened and decide whether to correct, reschedule, or retry the item.

Where can I compare plans?+

Are the SEO Suite and backlink tools available now?+
No. The full SEO Suite, Backlink Manager, Web 2.0 Links Manager, and Blogger Outreach Manager are planned products and are labelled Coming Soon.
Is video generation available?+
Not yet. Planned video workflows for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok are shown as Coming Soon rather than active features.
Will new features appear automatically?+
Public availability will be updated as features complete validation and become ready for customers. Planned tools will remain clearly separated from live capabilities.
